Like most websites, this site uses analytics (Google Analytics) and cookies to understand how visitors use it: pages viewed, time on page, general location by region, device and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and prepare for sessions you request, send the newsletter you signed up for, and improve the site. That is the full list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers that run this site: our website host, Google Analytics, and our email newsletter provider (Mailchimp). Each processes data on our behalf to provide their service.
Cookies and Do Not Track

Email and unsubscribing
Every newsletter we send includes a working unsubscribe link. Click it and you are off the list. You can also email us and we will remove you.

This site is written for business owners and operators and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Retention and security
We keep contact and newsletter information for as long as we are in touch with you or as needed for business records, then delete it. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, and no system on the internet can be guaranteed secure.
